Shipping & Processing
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 6–72 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays). Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST on Saturday ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship using USPS and UPS. Available methods may include:
- UPS Next Day Air (next business day)
- UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days, guaranteed)
- USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days)
- USPS First Class Mail (3–5 business days)
Are shipping times guaranteed?
Only USPS Priority Mail Express is guaranteed. If USPS delivers Priority Mail Express later than the expected time shown on USPS.com, the cost of the Priority Mail Express label may be refundable upon request. All other methods are estimated and not guaranteed.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Shipping Insurance is included with every order unless you opt out at checkout. If insurance is removed, the order may not be protected against perils in transit such as damage, loss, or theft.
Will my package be discreet?
Yes. Orders are shipped in unbranded packaging. Shipments include a Thank You card with a QR code linking to compliance documents including a “Notice to Law Enforcement.” Products include QR codes linking to the Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Do you ship hemp products legally?
Yes. All BetOnIt products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. Packages ship with compliance documents for lawful interstate transport.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Not at this time. We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
BetOnIt 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product price only. Shipping charges and shipping insurance are non-refundable.
What items are eligible for return?
Items must be unopened or minimally used (no more than 10% of the product removed) and in the original packaging.
What items/fees are non-refundable?
Original shipping charges and shipping insurance are non-refundable.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email support@betonit.store within 30 days of purchase. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

How long do refunds take?
Once received and inspected, refunds are typically issued within 2–5 business days to the original payment method.
Do I need documentation for returns?
If needed, we can provide a Notice to Postmaster / Statement of Compliance confirming the legality of hemp shipments under the 2018 Farm Bill.
Lost / Stolen / Damaged Packages (NEW)
My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
First, check around your delivery location and with household members/neighbors. Then contact the carrier (USPS/UPS) to open a missing package inquiry. If you purchased Shipping Insurance (or it was included and not removed), email support@betonit.store and we’ll help you file a claim.
What if my package is lost in transit?
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the carrier confirms the package is lost, and Shipping Insurance was active, we’ll assist with the claim process. If insurance was removed at checkout, we may not be able to replace or refund the order for loss in transit.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email support@betonit.store within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the outer package
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
If Shipping Insurance was active, we’ll help resolve via claim/replacement where applicable.
What if my package was stolen after delivery?
Once marked “Delivered,” responsibility typically transfers to the recipient. If Shipping Insurance was active, we can help you submit a claim depending on coverage terms. We may request a police report or carrier documentation in certain cases.
Do you cover wrong address orders?
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, we can reship it (additional shipping fees may apply) after we receive it back.
